In such instances, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and will process your refund at the earliest.
3. Partial Refunds or Alternative Compensation
In cases that do not qualify for a full refund but where some form of compensation is deemed appropriate, we may offer:

Refunds will be credited within 10 to 14 working days from the date of approval. Processing times may vary depending on your bank’s policies.
📱 E-Wallet Payments:
Refunds will be credited within 24 hours after the refund has been approved.
📈 Peak Season Notice:
During high-demand periods, such as festive seasons or health emergencies, refund processing may take up to 15–18 business days. We appreciate your patience during such times.
Note: Jindal Hospital has no control over delays caused by banks or third-party payment gateways. We will, however, provide tracking and support throughout the process.
